I should have made this post days ago, but I guess making it now is better than never making it at all.
A tragedy happened at the Indiana State Fair last Saturday, August 13. The rigging around a concert stage collapsed, ending the lives of five people and injuring many others. While praying for the healing and comfort of others, please remember those that are dealing with the emotional scars of the people who witnessed this event. Watching it take place through the videos taken by some of the people there do not compare to what it must have been like to see the collapse happen.
I don’t feel the need to post any pictures or the video to my blog. Even though I was not there, I watched the news for hours after it was reported. It was traumatic enough to see it through the pictures and the videos then as it would be for me now. I continue praying for those involved, and I hope that you will join me.
